There are so many runes that can be found throughout Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, that I don't usually bother picking them up. I only take them if I need them. Any less, I will ignore.
In my opinion, the Rune of Rebirth would be the most useful, as it resurrects an enemy to fight for your own team.
