I was bored one day, and I was thinking about how little I make maps anymore. Then I thought it would be sorta fun if I got a new account and submitted a few maps under that name, and secretly be JackPack (Hey, I was bored people). Suprisingly enough, I dealt out a few great maps that may have been some of my best. So, I think I'm going to keep this account. For some reason, I'm making better maps under this account :P. I emailed the moderator to disable the other account.
@george
There were a few reasons:
1. I was bored.
2. I sort of wanted to start of again as a "fresh" new author.
3. To get me to make some more maps.
And for those that may accuse me, no, I did not even come close to rating any of my old maps with this account (Neither will I ever).
Because I did exactly the same thing, confessed, and was suspended for a while.
You did not confess, you got caught, you deserve a ban.

But you see, he has been here longer, and has earned a little more respect than you. And he's being graceful about it - no temper tantrums.Evil_Sire wrote:You deserve a suspension.

Oh yeah, and we like him more.

If he's been here longer, shouldn't he know better?

1) I may be wrong, but didn't you get caught too? As I recall, you made that comment under e_s talking as though you were godenator, people on the forums started speculating, and then you confessed. But I could be wrong. I wasn't really paying attention.
2) You did not do this:
This is a huge step towards legitimacy. Now it is true that newcomers would have no way of knowing that they are supposed to disable voting for one account if they get another account, but really that doesn't matter too much because of (3).RisingWind wrote:I emailed the moderator to disable the other account.
3) Perhaps I am offering my own views here rather than the actual rules, but there is no reason anyone should have multiple accounts for general use. General use requires 1 account. People who want to have a different name get a new account and stop using the old one. People who want a collab account will use it to submit collabs and that's (more or less) it. But just using both for the hell of it? Sorry, no. Furthermore, making comments on the same map with both accounts (as though trying to pass off the accounts as different people) gives incriminating insight into the nature of your possession of multiple accounts.
Finally, as the forum rules say:
Your behavior in this thread is pitiful. Stop trying to be a wise guy and move on.The forum rules wrote:Get over it! If you got warned or banned, move on.

Spelling errors much?
I liked the map, but AMLT made a big mistake featuring it with a half-baked review.
