Same concept as Portal. You shoot portals, and go through to get to the exit. You use a shitloaf of physics manuevers to get through to the end. Features a ton of levels, 50+ at least, and a... fairly easy way to edit the levels. (overstatement)

The levels get ballbreakingly insane after 20 or so. 27 will rip your nuts off. D=

As for the level editting stuff, you basically make a text file and start crafting. There's a guide included, not user friendly at all. Some have made programs to do it for you, so don't give up.
