No icons and an auto-hiding taskbar! I like to keep my desktop clean, so I use my desktop only for temporary storage of things I need (or want) to access quickly. Currently, that's nothing.

No. It's not my browser, it's my internet. difference. my internet thingiemabob measures how much internet (so to speak) I'm receiving and transmitting.
It's to monitor if the ineternet goes down.
That happens alot.

Windows 98=WIN. Pun not intended. But yeah, I like having around a few old OS'es for retro factor. It still is pretty practical, actually. I can do most of my work on it, but I still need a core 2 system around to do gaming and such. Back in those days, that was the only theme for Windows... you could change the colors a lot too, like what I did to this (NT4 Workstation):
