Volbeat = Route 117 is it? It ends in a 7 and is west of Mauville. Just run around a bit.
Milotic, get some Ganlon berries and make PokeBlocks from them, that should help. Then level it up.
After that go to Prof. Birch, he'll give you either Totodile, Cyndaquil or Chikorita. Your choice.
The good old days of attacking pixels, Pokemon

My problem with Pokemon, growing with it, is that with the newer games I've just gotten technical and nerdy. I remember just bashing the A button, over and over again. Now it's all battle stratergies, EV training, picking the best pokemon available...
Don't get me wrong, I still find it fun. I just think I might've gone a bit over the top.
Oh yeah... Just beat Blue while typing.

Yeah... I heard rumours about this. Some Japanese show is going to be making an announcement apparently during the next airing of the Pokemon anime (which is this Thursday), and a lot of people are speculating that it's going to be a GSC remake.
I wonder if they'll finally make Celebi catchable... (it'll be via an event, probably. Which makes me feel better that I recently got an Action Replay :P).

That is one of the best articles I've read in quite a while. A Gold/Silver remake would be the be-all end-all of Pokemon games.

<3 GSC.
I've been waiting for this remake for years.

Serebii.net has also confirmed it.
Looks like it'll be good. Not entirely sure about the names, seeing as Pokemon is seen as quite a childish thing, and this is only going to add to it...
...Then again, I was also sceptical about the name of Twilight Princess, so meh.
