First, follow these instructions:

Next, download some themes from here:

Put the downloaded themes here:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\
Then right click on the desktop, click Preferences, click the first link (select colors, customize theme, something like that), click the "advanced options" link or whatever it's called, and you should see the theme you just downloaded in the menu.

I can't log in as an Administrator; my computer forbids it.
