Fine, he can't come. But not because he isn't bringing food. The rules state that you only have to bring something. Nowhere does it say that you have to bring food, you could bring something else you would have a a picnic. I will not allow EdoI to stay at the picnic because he tried bringing two verbs. If he knows the rule, it should be no problem for him to get back in.
