Open Ned, press "J" to clear the map, and paste this after the "|":

Now load and play the map. The rocket will not spawn unless you move. I haven't seen anything like this before, so I thought I'd share it :|

Ooh I've seen this before, it's because the rocked can't detect you when you're I think it was one pixel? above/below the grid?
It could be a pretty good way to start a map too, instant action.

I remember this one. I've seen a few maps that use it back in the 110000's but nothign major. It works because the ninja is exactly on top of the rocket, so the rocket cannot fire at the ninja. It works for all enemies that fire projectiles, here is an example of : gauss and rocket turrets, and laser and chaingun drones.

This is just like that glitch where if you start standing right next to a floorguard, it won't come after you.

I wonder if this happens with any other enemies...?

I think the floorguard one is like that because they can't move to the end of a vertical 5-tile or something ending with half a tile on the top. The rocket one, I noticed making this map:
