I noticed my halo trial modded full-auto sniper wasn't up there ;)
Yep, snipes is best. I beat you all with my cheap camping.

I play a lot of left 4 dead 2. The best guns in that game, statistically, are the assault rifles. Particularly the AK-47. But shotguns come in handy if you want to crOwn a witch. You could make a case for melee weapons if it weren't for all the special infected running around.

In TF2, minigun, sniper, and remote-detonated stickies.

In Halo, the Needler. If I could dual-wield them (why can't we, you only need one hand to shoot it!), it'd be over.
