If you think he might be blue_tetris you are wrong in every way. It's an insult to blue_tetris to even think that.

His title is simply tetris because his post count is 4, tetra being a prefix for 4. 4 blocks in every formation in tetris and so on.

I don't believe phpBB deletes user posts when the user account itself is deleted. Makes sense, since it keeps the conversation like it actually was.

Basically that means that even if the user does not exist, his posts do. Try to see what it would be like if you had your account deleted and all your posts disappeared? The threads wouldn't make any sense.

Stardeash had a problem, so his account got deleted. End of story.

that was the underlying issue of >stardeash on Metanet. he later made another topic similar topic a while back, after the crossover to the new forums, but somebody said some mean things to >stardeash and the admins deleted all the harmful posts.
