Tip 3: Look for patterns in behaviors of certain users. Multiaccounters usually (A) act similarly with their accounts or (B) act oppositely.

I have no idea who you are, nor do I have any idea who the other person who supposedly isn't you but who shares your IP address is. Nor do I care in the slightest.
