six ripe bananas
1/2 cup (about half a jar) almond butter
1/3 cup honey (or agave nectar)
1/3 cup milk (hippie alternative: coconut milk)
100 grams-equivalent of whey (or hemp) protein powder (four, five, or six scoops, depending on brand)
Mash ingredients together and freeze. The result is relatively low-glycemic and high-protein. Makes four servings, or so.
