So its May, which means that is the start to the times of summer for some, graduation closing the year for those that have been in High School, University, etc.
Yesterday was Golfkids Graduation, and mine is in a few months time (around December)
How about you?
Congrats to those who have accomplished their education, and good luck to those who are furthering theirs.

if you want, tell us if you have recently graduated, what from and what your planning on in the future.

I graduated from high school this March. I already start college tomorrow ;_;

In two weeks, I receive a piece of paper representing my exit from the merry-go-round of boredom, idiocy, scantrons, and in-jokes that is High School.

I just finished my freshman year of college. o_____O;;;;;

I graduate high school in twelve days!

But it's the middle of the year! Crazy hemisphere.

Strange how we have the same number of posts (before I made this one). But yeah, it was crazy-fast. Four years are gonna be over before we know it. :(

Take it from me, I just finished my third year of college, they definitely go by really fast. Each year only goes by more quickly than the previous one too. Pretty soon you'll be in my boat, where the real world is knocking at your door, and you don't want to answer it!

Graduating high school in a month! Getting ready for the leap to the college boat! :D

Well, I just finished the 7th grade. :/

I'm going to be in highschool after this summer. Deal with it.

well I think these past four years in high school have really helped me figure out the kind of person I want to be. new friends, new music, and a new attitude of indifferent realism has replaced all my old friends, music, and the old attitude of snobbish jackassery, and I'm glad. I'm learning new stuff everyday and I'm becoming more and more aware of what's wrong with our society and what my classmates are indulging in; I'm also becoming more aware of my developing hypertension and/or astheriosclerosis, most likely. Things are a bit more coherent now than four years ago, no longer am I goofing off in a mysterious world bound within North America; the current circumstances is Iran, Burma, Serbia, and other far off places has given my a better understanding of my/our relative situation and what the world seems to be racing towards. my grade 11 English teacher once told us that at the end of these high school years, the moment where we are puting out suits and dresses away after grad is going to be more important than when we are partying in them. how we reconcile a morose ending of a joyous celebration is really what shows us to be the people we've allowed ourselves to be throughout the course of high school. That makes sense to me now, and I think I'm ready for celebrating a new beginning while lamenting and old ending, but for some reason I'm predicting that my indifference to it all is going to cause myself problems. I dunno. we'll see.

One year later, I'm beginning to see your point. I'm slipping into denial over the fact that I'm now halfway through college. >.<

Friday is my last day of school, but my actual graduation is 23 days later. Can't wait.

All of these things are prevalent in college too.

I only have a year left of college, and I'm working a 40 hour/week internship this summer, so I'm out of 3-month breaks. Such disappointed :(

jesus christ my first year is over.

My first year was absolute bullshit.

One more week of assignments and deadlines, and then maybe a physics exam somewhere, and then i'm finished until october :D

I'm currently a sophomore in high school, but my counselor told me that I can graduate with honors next year, so I'm currently trying to decide what to do about it :P

On one hand, I get one year to just take TA classes and possibly a dual credit college course or two.

On the other hand, I start college early.

I really don't know what exactly to do...

I'm half a year behind golfkid, will be graduating this December with a BSc in Geography.

I do find it funny that in the US, you call it 'graduating' when you leave high school. Does this mean too that you graduate from primary school?
