Hello all,
I know it hasn't been long since I first joined the forums - and my time here has been spiffing, by the way - but I regretfully announce that I am now leaving. And by that I mean I'm also leaving Nreality, Mibbit, the lot. I have a university degree to get though, and I think it wise to focus on that. Perhaps, in a few years time, I shall return; but that decision lies in the hands of my future self.
Some of you may miss me - whether that be because of my speedrun work on Nreality (8 episode ownages wooooo), our friendly chats on Mibbit, or simply because you wanted to eat my brains (sorry 999_Springs, not today) - well, I shall miss you too.
Before I go, I would just like to say there are some players who have inspired me:
OutrightOJ - My nemisis from the start! Every time I got an 0th, you'd take it back - 132-2 being a prime example! This son of a bitch has a speedrun 0th pretty much everywhere! :P
EddyMataSomethingOrOther - You brought me to the forums. And dude, you have some sick runs. I mean sick. Please don't touch any more of my 0ths. I am rather fond of them... :D
KryX-orange - I learnt, not long ago, that his speedruns were (to my horror) fully legit. Da fuq!!
KoolAid - Again with the sickness! I was always amazed at how you got your runs so smooth. Whenever I saw one of your 0ths, I would label it as "Mother-thumping impossible to beat". Then again, 0-1, 3-0, 4-1... ;)
Mr_Lim - Sick again.
Vankusss - Oh god, I'm still throwing up. How, man, just howwwww :P
Xaelar - I am now vomiting blood. Your runs are f*cking amazing.
Meta_ing - My god, how long I stared at your 84-2!! :D
Raif - Mr perfectionist. HOW did you take 0-0??? ;)
Macrohenry - Very nice innovations! And you kept taking back 0ths, too, which was a pain in the ass! Pity about 6-4, 108-4... ;)
Jp27ace - I'd never seen you before, and then -- BAM! -- 81-4, 50-4. Very nice indeed. :)
The above are simply those who've had speedruns/highscores on levels that I particularly enjoyed, or were a damn-hard challenge to beat! Some, like Macro, Meta_ing or Jp27ace, I have seen very little of, but their innovations were awesome enough to prevent me sleeping at night.
There are others; 999_Springs, Ben_Shultz_11, MiBeM, 1211, HeartOfKong, ToeFaceKiller, Izzy, golf, Oleary15, ninja_matt, MisterNugget... and many, many more who have also been very inspirational, but I cannot describe you all!! (So please don't cry if I forgot you, my mind is like a grapefruit) :D
Anyhows, see you guys in a few years - or several if I become a doctor of maths!! Mwa... mwaha.. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!! :P :P :P
If I have missed ANYTHING out, feel free to comment, as I shall be on the forums for a few more days - but that is all!!

Wow, it's been a long ride! It still surprises me to this day how the Metanet community's able to make people stay around for quite a long time; people just don't wanna give up on this, and it's gratifying to see how the "attaching" thing of these very forums still works.
Man, I can't believe you were here for one whole month! It has all gone way too fast! It's like, I feel like I've met you yesterday, right when I noticed that "hi, this is danielr". Ha ha, how silly of me, it's been a long month, and since that magnificent entrée of yours, you've made several other and increasingly beautifully full of emotion posts.
I just can't get my head around that you've already made 26 posts! Ha ha ha, I remember when your rank was but a mere "Newbie". You're a member now!
But now you must quit, and I solemnly promise that I'll be here for you, hopefully for another month full of posts. Let's all hail to your 0,80 post ratio per day. A true sign (if there was ever any need of proof) of your commitment to the great, but since today lesser, Metanet Community.
Goodbye my friend, goodbye.
shit im not nearly drunk enough what the fuck

And maybe I'll have a 0th or 2... But in all serious, do come back after you're done doing all your stuff :P
