Did anyone watch YouTube Live?

As most/some of you know, YouTube Live was an event that occurred today.
And it seemed to be quite the success. I've watched bits and parts of it here and there, on and off the live stream, and found some parts utterly boring, and some parts rather fantastic.

What's your thoughts on YouTuve Live? Were you looking forward to it? Did you even care? Or did you not even know?

Wow, looks awesome. Watching some videos now.

I'd heard of it but had no idea what it actually was (so I didn't watch it, of course). It looks like it would have been really good, so I hope they do more things like this in the future.

Yeah, too me, it's also a HUGE jump from YouTube Gatherings. And YouTube Live really showcased the whole community as well, with variety from all genres, some rather brutal, but still probably got message of what YouTube is about.
And I'm pretty sure it's an annual event.

It did, surprisingly. I was glad that they had both comedy and music.

I'd be surprised if it wasn't an annual event, though I think they could get away with doing it more often.

To my knowledge, as I do watch a lot of vids, YouTube Live would probably still be annual. And more YouTube Gatherings, in worldwide revenues.

But it'd be cool if YouTube Live was like a tour-like event, like going to Europe and Australia and other places, so that those YouTubers elsewhere in the world other than North America could take part with more convenience.

That would be pretty cool, though it's a somewhat live event, so it can be watched anywhere anyway.

I watched the Mythbusters one. That was pretty cool, but the crowd was necro.

Yeah, the original presentation of Leonardo was amazing, the Mona Lisa one. But the YTL one was cool, but I agree, the crowd was dead. It seemed like the cheers were out of pity, instead of enjoyment.

That was pretty awesome, and I don't think the crowd gave it what they deserved.

I'll have to look up the original because it sounds amazing.

MythBuster's Mona Lisa for Lenny.

My personal must sees of YTL are:
boburnham's performance
Jon Chu's LXD performance
Upper Playground Cube Painting

These are all my opinions of course.
I think it'd be neat to see what other people recommends.
