Reason being he's managed to maintain his character over many episodes, whereas Scorpio is an unproven one shot.

voted scorpio because of originality, fry is an amazing character. Really well done, and stood the test of time and all. but i just feel scorpio is. f***ing cool.

I think this would be fairer if we averaged the amount of votes with the amount of screentime a character receives. =D
