ok so here it is...
i had an idea the other day to make a map-pack that contains only DED's to who ever wants them. i was hoping that maybe someone might wanna either-have a DED, help me with the pack, or both. so who's good at making sweet tile-sets and wants to help? this could be a fun project and could be similar to a memoriam map-pack because it would have DEDs for all the current NUMA staff, mappers, just anyone in particular. im not sure how many levels there would be, depends on how many people who want DEDs though im hoping to reach something over 20. also all levels have to be playable (obviously). anyway just give me some feedback on what you think about this.

My ded will be for sure to Eddy, maybe i'll make a couple more to PALEMOON for being my icon to follow and to trance for being a good friend and who is with the more collabs we've done and we've learned so much.

great, i know that ill do a DED for Xerces for always commenting on my maps and giving me good advice and reviews and suds for commenting and rating my maps too. ill think of who else i can do one for. also, just remembered a rule i forgot to put in. every DED has to have either the name of the person, a symbol that represents them or both. i think thats a pretty fare rule. that way they will seem more like DEDs

I do not really agree with that a Ded necessarily have to have the name or a symbol representing the awarded.
A dedication should be as the author makes it wants it.
I mean there may be many ways to make a Ded map or many approaches. I really did not take much time in this community, almost three years now, but it has been long enough to know the people here. What I really want to say is that in the time to being creative and give to someone a map can be many ways, more than the name or a symbol representing them.
For example, a DED to Eddy, may well be an extremely Metanet-ish map, because this is the current GrandMaster, or for example, a ded to Meta may well be perfectly a really well made Simple Challenge map, since his style and his hability to make Simple Challenges Speedruns. Or a ded to destiny, will be perfectly a well-made race. You know what I mean?

I think I know what do you mean. But some guys have so changeable style with their maps. When I make some DED-maps they will have a name and maybe symbols but you´ll maybe have a "DED-cave" and Eddy a simple DED.

actually yeah, thats a better idea, haha, i know exactly what to do for Xerces, though how do you think we should ask the people what they want for their deds? also, we should probably go on an irc and talk about this or else we will just clog up a topic with heaps of replies. that way we can show each other the maps and all that. and by the looks of it we are the only ones that will be making this map-pack, unless we promote it or something.

Yeah, cool! Not think we should ask the people who want as ded. And do not worry about it look like it's just you, Ors and me! hehe only takes 24 hours as topic, quiet friend! It's a great idea to take IRC, I'm going to tell some people. ;)
