Updating Problem

When I try to Update my computer (Vista):
Start>Windows Update>Check For Updates

Windows Update wrote:Windows Coul Not Search For New Updates
Error(s) Found:
Code 80004002

Is what I get when I try to update it. Same for Windows Defender.

Windows Defender Update wrote:Error Found: 0x80004002

(Duh.)

Any help?
