Hmm. Well, .SoN could be a reference to Sonny from I, Robot... I'm fairly sure the first thing he says is "Hello" as well.

I think "Unhand me this instant" is a reference to the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy...

Alternatively it has something to do with "Daneel" which I don't quite get.

And sounds cool. :D
