A Small bit of Code

Hey, if you're still accepting character requests, can I have one a couple? :P

Everything in the Bio in blue is optional. Whether you decide it cliche or just not the right tone for the comic, I'll understand completely. If you choose to ignore the blue stuff don't ignore the red stuff. If you disregard the red stuff, you have to use the blue stuff. Get it?

Name: Dan
Colour: ...If you can, orange or red, but I don't particularly care.

Bio: Dan was 13 years old when Daneel saved the existence of the ninjas. He found himself alone, with no family to speak of. He was traumatized by the experience that he ran as far away from the other ninjas as he could, training himself. Soon enough, he became an excellent melee fighter and the greatest fire mage the world had ever known. After a short time, he found the ninja's camp and became a member of the community for the second time. However, when the community learned of his mage powers/he had intercourse (resulting in pregnancy) with his girlfriend before marriage, he was hated by most of the ninjas, with his girlfriend (see below) and his best friend (you can make up this guy) being the only ones who truly understood how he felt. Fortunately, he was accepted once again when he used his mage powers/fighting skill to save the surviving ninjas from an attack.

Name: Jess
Colour: Blue, but again, it's not a big deal.

Bio: Dan's girlfriend, an ice mage/martial artist who met Dan while running through episodes. They became great friends, both having a huge crush on the other, but not knowing the other felt the same way. After a few months of friendship, Dan finally broke the ice (so to speak) and told Jess how he felt.

On that fateful day when Daneel deleted the .sols, Jess woke up injured, but alive. She was shocked to find not only that Dan was missing, but by the fact that there was no evidence to prove he had died. She was deeply saddened, but went on with her life. When Dan came home, Jess greeted Dan with a kiss on the cheek and accidentally freezing him in a solid block of ice. That was the fist time Jess had used her powers, or even known of them, but she swore never to use them again when Dan was only barely able to be rescued. That vow didn't last long, though, as there was an attack the next day that would have destroyed the camp if not for her.

The rest is up to you. :D

Do you think he would bother to do all that detailed stuff? :/

In all honesty, no, but by knowing what he's been through, he can more effectively create the characters. When actors are in a movie, they find out everything that had happened to the character, even if it's offscreen, to help themselves understand how the characters would act in any given situation. It's the same principle.

Hey guys, sorry about the three month period of goneness... It was summer and y'know I was doing summery things. Hopefully I can start updating again now that I am back in school and have classes :p

I have revised my drafts for my comic and can now visualize the last pannel of the last comic, so I should be able to produce a better quality of comic now...

And of course a comic! (sorry about the reused posses, flash was down on my comp, getting it fixed asap)

Oh right: Hackey_Sack: I cannot use that character, If you read back into my archives you may notice a lack of any supernatural abilities in ninjas, drones have had one, but I like them more xD. What I am going for with this comic is a portrial of the drones as a main character over ninjas, showing that drones and ninjas can be just as bad or good as eachother. I am welcome to any of your other ideas for characters, just no choosing colours anymore, I have all 24


Oh right! I will muse about the comics at the bottom so; the greater good huh? That is something which I hope to make a theme in the comic, what is the greater good and is it always justified? Red's idea of the greater good is a notion of fairness among all, while William seems to be trying to force everyone to work together for their survival. thus conflict... dunn dunnn dunnnn

I am very, very glad to see the return of these comics.

Their plot and characters (I like the one based after myself...) are very clever, and I can't wait to see how they develop.

Also, to know out your PM and this in one go, mine are indeed repetitive, but it's easier to modify old ones than to make new ones. :P

I still like the plot development - in fact, the reason why you can't repeat comics is because yours all have a plot, and aren't always attempting to be funny (though mine aren't always...). If you repeated them it would be like, "... what? Where's the plot gone?"

Action doesn't matter so much compared to awesome plot, and plot development, which I think is what this comic has. So, don't give it up; we can't wait to see more. :D

I think my favorite part of this is the cliche; John walking off as the pair walk in, the obligatory name mentioning "William Adama?" William assuming their intents are inncocent, and Red's line at the end :p
