MP3 Dock

So I hate to create two threads in three days, but such is what I'm doing.
First of all, if someone could tell me what these things are actually called, that would be great. I would like to have a thread title that doesn't sound retarded. Anyway... Thanks toasters.
I'm looking for one of those things that I could plug my Zune into and play it through a stereo. Something that works with all MP3 players would be preferred so friends could plug in their iPods in too, but that's not a requirement. So why don't I just Google, you ask? Well, two reasons:
1) I want to hear any recommendations from people here to take into consideration.
2) As mentioned above, I have no idea what these things are called, so I have no clue what to type into Google.

Buy a normal stereo with an auxiliary jack and a male-to-male 3.5mm cable.
Pros: - Perfect compatibility between all audio devices.
- Better value than getting dedicated hardware.
Cons: - Will not charge your device.

I'm thinking this might be a bit over eevee's budget, Pavel.
I would suggest the
Ford Fiesta. Starts at $15,120 here (not sure on prices elsewhere) and works with any USB-connectible MP3 player. It can even read from plain old USB flash drives!

But the Fiesta doesn't have heated/cooled/reclining massaging seats... all 4 of them! And it weighs almost half of the Mercedes, which also boasts a 510hp V12 engine, much better performance than the Fiesta. Though the Fiesta has 3 advantages over this: cheap, good fuel economy and easy to park. But the S600, being a 206"/5232mm long car, shouldn't give you too much trouble with its front and rear parking sensors and backup camera. Did I mention it's also one of the safest cars you can buy?

Did you even read the op?
This thread is about plugging an MP3 player into a stereo. All of those other features are completely irrelevant.

Yeah I did. I'm not allowed to have a little fun?
Seriously, I'd just get a nice stereo if you don't have one... if you do, invest in this relatively cheap wire:
RCA to 3.5mm wire

All right, well then are there any recommendations on stereos? Under $200 would be much preferred.

Sony sells a few stereo systems at around $100, if you look at Radioshack/BestBuy/Circut City/whatever your local electronics store is. I've got two that were both under $100. Good sound outta them too.
On a side note, if I had the money, I'd go for a mortgage and get the Mercedes over the Fiesta. Since I don't, I'd just get a used car and use of those tape deck to 3.5mm ipod cable things.
