In addition to the ones mentioned here, I have a few more:

Curb Your Enthusiasm soundtrack.
Many Cowboy Bebop soundtracks.
Lost Highway Soundtrack. (Mostly for The Perfect Drug.)
8 Mile Soundtrack (Similar situation.)
Garden State.
Red Dead Redemption OST.
Twilight: New Moon.

I watched trainspotting for the first time yesterday, and was quite disappointed. It was also the fourth time I had heard Lou Reed's Perfect Day yesterday, so maybe I was just tired.
