The put it mildly, I am IN LOVE with electronic music! I was first introduced to IDM in 4th grade, and from that point my interests have been on the rise. My tastes range very far and wide. From Electronic Grindcore, to IDM, to Minimalist Chiptune. I've lsitened to probably about 500 albums and EPs in my day, by many different artists, and I will now share some of my favorites with YOU!

I Hope you all enjoy!

- Necrobestial Sadobreaks -
Author: Dev/Null
Genre: Grindcore, Breakcore, Splatter-Breaks, Breaks, Ambient
Length: ~ 17 minutes, 7 Tracks
Notes: For those of you that know me or have seen me around NUMA, you may notice this from my avatar picture. Dev/Null is one of my favorite artists because he is just so unique and simply genius. His music is truly thought-provoking and interesting. I love it! Enjoy!
WARNING: Do not let your toddler listen to this, I can't imagine that would be good for it.

- I, Cactus -
Author: I, Cactus
Genre: Ambient, Chiptune
Length: ~ 15 minutes, 6 Tracks
Notes: One of the most beautiful EPs I've ever heard. Certainly one of my favorite chiptune releases of all time. It's absolutely refreshing and different from any other chiptune out there. It's just a shame its so short. Enjoy!

- Face Blast EP -
Author: Duran Duran Duran
Genre: Breakcore, Hardcore
Length: ~ 10 minutes, 2 Tracks
Notes: Before this release, Duran Duran Duran had been more about the hardcore shredded breaks that make you wanna mosh your ass off and break faces. Face Blast isn't about that, its about bringing a different flavor to the dancefloor. This catchy dance track combines the loveable vulgarity or your modern-day club track with the hard-hitting beats that Duran Duran Duran usually plays around with. Simply awesome! Enjoy!

- Kaleidoscope Eyes -
Artist: Terminal 11
Genre: IDM, Drum n Bass, Ambient, Breaks, Soul
Length: ~ 40 minutes, 9 Tracks
Notes: Terminal 111 is hands-down my favorite artist of all time! The man is a genius! Many people don't understand his music, but if you really just listen to what he does, you can be transported to beautiful landscapes in your mind, and other cliche shit like that. Anyway, this album is really cool, it is his latest album. It less hectic than some of his earlier work, but retains that classic Terminal 11 flavor. Enjoy!

- Error Repeat -
Artist: little-scale
Genre: Chiptune
Length: ~ 16 minutes, 5 Tracks
Notes: little-scale is probably one of the most inspirational artists of all time (for me I mean). Hiss stuff is all great, he is the ultimate minimalist. The hardware this man had used over the years can barely be crammed into a closet. His music captures a lot of emotion. I'm sharing this particular release because it's really good and it will probably be the most appealing to the masses of this forum than some of his other stuff (But still be prepared to hear some other shit in the future).

Also, If you liked this, most of his shit is available for free download on his wesbite:

Anyway that's it for now. Im getting tired and have school in the morning.
I'll keep this thread fresh with some more stuff every week! Enjoy what you guys get!

More for your pleasure!

- Deviance -
Author: Mothboy
Genre: Downtempo, Dubstep, Bass, Jazz, Ambient, Breakbeat
Length: ~ 48 minutes, 11 Tracks
Notes: This one is much different from all the others that I've posted so far. This is much chiller and laid back. Me and my friend Tom often smoke to this because it's just amazingly chill and a lil trippy even. Anyway, It's all over the place pretty much, melding Downtempo IDM with Jazz; a genius mixture! Also, this album features some vocals on a few tracks by Suzi C, Akira the Don, Son Of King Rebel, and Soraya Mir. Enjoy!

- Cyclical -
Author: iTAL tEK
Genre: Dubstep, Bass, Ambient
Length: ~ 55 minutes, 11 Tracks
Notes: I don't really fiend for dubstep so much, it often bores me (Not to say I don't like it). However, I DO fiend for iTAL tEK, he's different from the rest of 'em. Keeps me surprised and I love that, all the little kinks and twists. This is him full-length dubstep album which was an extension from his amazing Blood Line EP. All the tracks are great! Enjoy!

- AKID EP -
Author: starPause
Genre: Chiptune, Dance, Bass
Length: ~ 21 minutes, 4 Tracks
Notes: If I had to describe staarPause's music in one word... WEIRD... Verrry weird... Or GENIUS. Either one is quite suitable. This EP was the first of starPause that I had ever heard, and I (as I am sure some of you will as well) just didn't really get it at first. He starts us off with a super kickass, groovy dance track, but then he moves more into a more demented, creepy setting. Maybe that's just what this guy is all about. But, after a few listens I came to love this. It's simply amazing! More bass than you can handle! Enjoy!

- Grist -
Author: Drumcorps
Genre: Electronic Grindcore, Grind, Metal, Breakcore, Breaks, Noisecore
Length: ~ 34 minutes, 11 Tracks
Notes: Okay, this one is for the metalheads. This album just makes you wanna burst out and start a mosh pit in class, its so fucking intense. The heaviest breakcore you'll probably ever hear. Get this one! Enjoy!

I'm just speechless haha...

That's it for today. I'll keep the updates comin'. Enjoy what you guys get!

So I downloaded that Terminal 11 stuff and as soon as the breaks came in on "Just don't know where I begin" I think I fell in love. Holy shit, I don't have to keep listening to Aphex Twin's 90's stuff wishing he'd release something proper anymore. This is the Richard D. James album on fucking roids, man. I'm going to have to look at some of the other stuff on this page now.
