so, i've made a few things, you can check them out here.

songs are in chronological order, with newest first; quality is all over the place, but some of it's alright. some constructive criticism would be lovely.

I have to ask: was "sleepheart" quoting ... American Pie?

EDIT: "sunscan" is cool. "before" was pretty :). "mate" i zoned out for. "the door" belonged in a happy movie.

sleepheart: Absolutely lovely. The tune flows so well and the vocal fills in real well.

sunscan: The way this song is going is fantastic. I just wish it was longer and picked up a little more. Whole lotta potential on this one.

I'll comment on the others when I get more time. This is good stuff, bro.

I was thinking something like that. It's definitely familiar.

At first I thought, "That's super out of place," but then it sort of started working for me.

Yeah, it's a great monologue. Cameron has a few of them in that movie.

sleepheart was a cool tune, minty. :)

Ahh, it all makes sense now. My favorites are Sleepheart and Sunscan. The rest are forgettable.

I'll go along with the majority and say that 'sleepheart' and 'sunscan' are my favorites. I kinda want to steal them, unless you don't allow that.

Ah, I like this stuff. Nice and relaxing, especially the first two (although i felt that sleepheart had the potential to burst off into a ten-minute epic incredible once that percussion comes in near the end, and was a little disappointed you didn't go a little farther with that one. but still beautiful.)

And I have to ask, out of curiosity: what do you use to make it?

Freaking adore the first two! Good sign, considering they're your most recent. I liked The Door too, but wish it would've gone somewhere.

I'm not a fan of the synthesised sounds, and it might be a little too twee for my tastes, but it sounds like good soundtrack music.

I like 'The Door' the most, it had the most potential to go somewhere out of the lot imo.

What OneSevenNine said, it had so much potential to just explode.
Cool track though.
People write to me and say, "I’m giving up, you’re not talking to me." I just write them a simple message like, "Never give up," you know? And it changes their life

I agree with Atob, it sounds like good soundtrack music. 'Specially the more modern movies that seem to be coming out now, with chimy, chinkly, cute music. That's not to say it's bad Far from it. I liked it a lot. And I need more stuff.

Might I suggest adding a little more depth to some of the songs? They seemed to be repetitive melodies looped over and over again. They're good, I wouldn't change the song if it came up on shuffle while listening to my music collection, it just isn't ohmygodthisisawesome, which it definitely has the potential to be. IMHO, though.

I recognised it from ferris before reading the comments. Fucking love that movie. pretty nice stuff, but yeah, it all sounds like soundtrack-y music or intros or outros. The Door is my favourite too. I feel like they all need like. flourishes. but. nice.
