Are the combined 14 minutes and 3 seconds of Someone Great and All My Friends actually the most affecting, crisp and catchy pieces of music to occupy such a time frame? Yes, I am in an LCD Soundsystem groove at the moment, but still, it's just a bit amazing. The guy's ability to spin 2/3 chords into time frames such as this and not make them sound unbearably old and uninteresting is massively enviable. Also, he must have spent ages getting that piano to sound right, it's so hard to get the refrain in AMF to sound right on almost any piano i've used.
