I looked around, couldn't find a similar thread anywhere, so here it is. What song do you want played at your funeral?
Me, I'd want My Way played. Of course, it'd have to be this version:
Gary Oldman as Sid Vicious

Ideally, a recording of myself singing "My Heart Will Go On" deliberately out of tune.

Ahahaha, he looks like Sid and moves like Sid and sounds like Sid! Excellent. RIP Sid Vicious.
For me, it's probably Exhume to Consume - Carcass:

The current write-up for my will says to use this little diddy:
Frank Sinatra - That's Life
It's a little melancholic, but I like it.

Well isn't this happy.
If I died when I was sick, I'd make them play "Down with the Sickness" by Disturbed. That would rock my funeral.

Hahaha. To be honest, I'm not really sure what I'd like. I don't really like contemplating my own death just yet (though hey, with Swine Flu, who knows...).
Maybe one of my own pieces, but I certainly couldn't choose between them.

At the moment? Not one of my favourites, but I made an animated movie on PowerPoint once, and one of the characters died at the end. It then played
Look What You've Done, and I almost cried at my masterpiece.

No Giving Up by Crossfade. Seems fitting for me.

Mountain's High - Delirious?
It's very sad. I've always pictured it playing at a funeral.

Friend of Ours - Elbow
Terribly moving and beautiful song, imo.

Metallica - Fade to Black

Bullet for My Valentine - Hearts Burst Into Fire
Might see what other slow-ish songs I have in my music....

it's probably a bit early to say this (I have a Black Sabbath and Bob Dylan album sitting on my shelf unlistened to) since I have not listened to nearly enough music than I should. At this point however I will say either nanou 2 by Aphex Twin, Polygon Window by Aphex Twin, Blue Flowers by Dr. Octagon, Man that you Fear by Manson, or I Wish I Knew Natalie Portman by k-os (feat. Nelly Furtado and Saukrates). Again, this is a rough estimate
