An NReality 0th tends to last a few months or so, but what are the shortest-lasting ones? My shortest was 138-1 highscore on October 28th 2008 which lasted ONE AND A HALF HOURS until darkshadow1416 stole it. (He even dared to post about it, too! It was part of International Take a 0th off Xaelar week - could someone inform me whether or not xaelar stole my 0th inside the ninety-minute gap!?) Within a few days xaelar stole the 0th and darkshadow1416 retook it. Are there any shorter-lasting ones in recent times?

Back in March (so maybe not so recent...) TFK took my 63-3 0th that I had worked on for most of a week solid in under an hour, complete with a route change!

Well, I remember on this highscoring map that blackson made, me and Meta_Ing were battling it out, and it kept going back and forth. We both aimed to sub-1000 on it, but then xaelar shows up, and beats both of our routes in a matter of what I think was minutes. O_o

If this is about the 20 columns in NReality, I don't have any highscores, and a few speedruns that aren't anything great, so...yeah.

I remember beating several runs within 10 minutes.

Hm. I'm not sure which 0th of mine has lasted the shortest amount of time, but many of the 0th's I get in the main game highscores list (speedruns) are usually taken over pretty quickly by kryX or Izzy or xaelar or some others, probably because I tend to find and use new routes or innovations, and they pull those routes/innovations off better.

Or vice-versa.

kryX and TFK are usually stealing my speedruns and #n-highscores just hastens the process.

Oh yeah. I got another 0th, then superjumninja comes and beats it with this corner j,j,jump o_O! Then we battle it out and eventually win. But that was my shortest time on 0th nreality.

Look what xaelar did to lookatthis on NReality 92-4 legit mode. Just look at what he did.

Then there was 176-3 where ViKinG_FA, zj820, Analu, lookatthis and stonedeagle all seemed to try to go for *0th at the same time until xaelar put a stop to it.

And TheRealOne's 130-0 speedrun *0th seemed to attract the attention of all of xaelar and ToeFaceKiller and Mr_Lim and kkstrong0 and zj820 and Hendor and Izzy in a little over 24 hours.

i remember beating several of YOUR runs in under 5! :)
acctually, it was just one.. but still! :p

I've taken hundreds of zeroths in a few seconds.

I usually get it on the third or fourth try.

i suppose you're talking about numa 0ths.. cause if that counts i've taken llllooooooooads of 0ths in seconds.. usually get them my first try :p

As in highscore mode episodes 00-99? Or speedrun? I don't get it kk is this a joke 0_o

I'm guessing he was the first to submit to Unreality's server, and therefore was the only scores on it after the reset.

if that's what he meant then he misunderstood what the topic is about.. or did you maybe mean that you we're BEATEN in seconds, kk? cause then this theory might be correct, lol.

Now with everyone trying to get their scores back onto NReality, there will be a lot more of these short *0ths as people all submit their scores at the same time.

Darkshadow: On 28th October, you stole my *0th in 138-1 within 1 hour, 32 minutes and 39 seconds. You then posted about it on these forums for everyone to see. Now, with NReality back up, you won't even let me have a star on that level anymore. Why? WHY!!?!?!??!? AAAAAAAAARGH!!!!

About 1 minute 30 seconds on 456

I know this is for NReality, but in the origianl Metanet server too, I took the 12-0 0th and improved it on my very next run. So that initial 0th would've only lasted 30 seconds or so. Then xaelar has to come and pinch it. *adds to TO-DO-LIST*

New record.

I remember being on #n-highscores when Life and I were competing on a map. He had submitted a run a few seconds before I submitted my faster run. I believe the score time showed a difference of less than 5 seconds.

I have had times when a few of us in #n-highscores were competing and we were calling out our times and i beat someone score who said it at the exact same time code on mirc but my post was second.

My *0th on 179-0 highscore has just been stolen by... guess who... darkshadow... in just 57 minutes and 52 seconds. That's the 5th time he's tried to do that to my *0ths. GROWL!!!!! If he does that again I'll put him in an episode of my RTaB comic as a triangle with straggly hair for legs and antennae sprouting out of his head.

First, that wasn't really a 0th since xaelar and others had non-legit mode runs that were much faster as opposed to any speedruns I might have taken from you bring us to...
Second, remember that whenever you get a 0th that isn't super clean, especially when it's an innovation 0th, it's quite likely that it will be taken again, whether by me or someone else, because you just showed that there's room for improvement.
Third, I do understand how annoying it is when the same person takes a bunch of your 0ths however, your not the only one, I remember one time when xaelar took 8 speedrun 0ths in a row and 7 of them were taken off me and when this happens it's nothing personal. In that case it was because I got those 0ths through innovation which meant there was plenty of room for xaelar to clean them up. In your case it was because I generally check out most new 0ths and if it shows that my current run has room for improvement or if it looks like I can take 0th I'll give it a try.
I'll also mention that It's not like I took all 7 of your first 0ths unlike a certain highscorer did to my metanet 0ths (and after being annoyed about it for a short bit I would always enjoy seeing how he managed to use my innovations)
