I'd like to become a reviewer too. I can have one review a week for the next...22 weeks. Plus another fifteen or so I need to write. So yeah, vote for me.

We don't need new reviewers. The reviewers did not break, nor can they fix the featured maps queue.
To my knowledge, it needs to be re-implemented by Arachnid or at least an admin, and I think the code needs to be re-written or written from scratch. There is little we can do until somebody with the knowledge and the position can fix this.

I already know this. Everyone knows this. I was a reviewer way before you, champ. I'm not questioning the queue's integrity.. I'm upset that one map is displayed for 3 days and another (mine) is displayed for two hours. The lack of organization.. UGH

i'd like you to cite some instances of a two hour feature in the past two months. good luck, pal!

it's not about my map. it's about the lack of reviewers.

Umm. I accidentally bumped a feature for my own once because I am in a different timezone. Anyways, Radium, you are overreacting. This isn't the fault of a lack of reviewers, that just makes no sense. If there were more, the chances of this happening again would greatly increase. Also, might I point out, that this hasn't really happened in a while, if at all. The holiday season has something to do with that.
Patience and maturity are what's needed at the moment.

There is a dusty old thread called "Creature Feature" which everyone seems to have forgotten about. You could always submit some new reviews there which can then help to get more featured maps when reviewers don't have one prepared. But seeing as no non-reviewers ever get around to submitting their reviews there either lately it just goes to show how everyone is just as incompetent as the next person :P (myself included unfortunately, I mean, I keep /meaning/ to add more reviews to that thread...)

I understand Radium... I would be pissed if my map was featured for less time than everyone else's

I'm deserving of a fucking reviewer spot and was only removed by some twat decision. My reviews were of great maps and often, I received compliments for my unique perspective. I also took on as many slots as possible, according to whoever was running the queue at the time.
The fact that I am not a reviewer is persistently infuriating on my end. I don't know if I was removed because somebody had a grudge against me; although I know southpaw had a meltdown as admin a while back when he pretended to be blue_tetris.
The point here is, reinstate me and I have a very easy to follow track record as a constant and excellent reviewer.

I enjoyed your reviews, Slappy. They were seriously cool. Think I'll sign myself up for a reviewer... See how that works out? :p

How about a lock on this thread before it gets even dumber? This is now the second outlet Radium has complained about his two hour feature on. Great. Should have been handled by PM if at all.

If that is true, I was removed
while I still had my name on the queue. Your claim is absurd.

This isn't a complaining outlet, prick. This is a call for reform. And that's what rt is going to do. S'all good.
