Rule's page is broken. (At least for me. I get a Server Error.) Why is this?

I'm getting a similar error trying to submit a map. It says, and I quote:

"Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.

If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it."

Well I'm mentioning it here, I guess. It wasn't happening yesterday and it's quite annoying.

EDIT: It just now started to do that for pretty much every single page. That's not cool.
