I know that usually thumbnails take a few minutes to work, but kk submitted a map over an hour ago as of this post and his still doesn't work. All maps submitted since then also do not have thumbs. When I click "View Image", it says the following:

Oh sheesh, this happened a while back as well. Something about something.

I just emailed Arachnid notifying him of the various people whose map thumbs are not showing.

Will the thumbs that are not showing be fixed when the problem is fixed? Or will it just solve future thumbnails? In other words, are these broken thumbs permanent for the maps involved?

Well, its happening to everyone, so I'm just gonna wait a while before I submit any maps. I thought there was something dearly wrong with my laptop (not seeing any conversation on NUMA about the thumbs) but it seems its something wrong with the site. Thats good to know. I hope you guys can fix it soon.

The last time this happened the thumbnails did not return, unfortunately. Considering thumbnails are made at submission, you would most likely have to resub and/or possibly edit the map slightly to generate a new thumbnail when the problem is solved.

No, they're back up now, and the thumbs that were gone did return. So yay :D
