Almost every 5 minutes there's always this massive lag that lasts for minutes and then when it goes to the website my account is logged out. it's annoying and I want to know what I can do to fix it. help, please.

Actually, no, at the top of every forum you should see another announcement - it's not a permanent announcement so doesn't show up in the UCP but it's still pretty prominent.

But if it's logging you out of NUMA, then *shrug* Leaff's link, I guess.
