Oh man, that's great.
Do you remember when having a map of yours on Top Rated was a great feat?

I only miss the advanced url hacks that were "available" on the website, and bNUMA. Everything else I never really paid attention to.

I have known the first one, the last one isn't familiar to me.
But that first one was when no one knew me, I really started mapping when the new site came.

Ah, the memories. I remember when, for about 20 minutes, I was on the top rated page.
But that second old style I've never even seen or heard of before. Mind = blown.

Wow, I open up the
first link to find one of my maps on the newest maps page. Oh the irony.
Also, the one thing that I've always liked more from oldMA is how the maps looked. Mmmm, cookie-cutter maps.

I too had completely forgotten what it looked like. I miss it. Simpler then. Also a race or two of mine made Top Rated back in the day.
:D
Good thread.

Woah, it was different! It looks so... done-by-only-one-amateur. This is what it was like when I joined, back when I was terrible at making maps. I miss the little sliding-down-a-wall N on the message board, why did they get rid of that?
But no, the new version looks better, nostalgia aside.

Numa looked it's best when it was Oldma, or the one before the current site, which is still quite ugly imo.

I remember the day when bussey did rule. God damn, Evil_Sire's got nothing compared to bussey.
