Do you really think there will be at least on rate and one comment on every map? (at the moment there are 172383 maps on Numa, and increasing)

Lol, as if. moa is struggling with assigned judges, numa gives you the choice to rate, I also don't feel that a rate has any value on a map, but some think otherwise

Shave off about 41,000 maps (considering the almost 1,000 maps that were recently deleted from the database by Arachnid) from that figure and you're getting closer the actual map count. (Remember, before the redesign a person had the ability to delete their maps from the database entirely.)

You know, the easy way to figure out if Arachnid does have more maps, is to type Author:Arachnid in the search box. Or you could do it the hard way, and look at every single map on Numa, if you dislike my idea.

Ahaha.. hey guys. I came on here to make a topic to see what on earth I'm supposed to do about this.
I can't access my full list of maps from my profile, or in fact from searching or anything else. Can this be fixed and who do I talk to? Epigone? The dude running the forums now? Somebody?

Pretty funny that the topic got made for me! Thanks, karma.

Yeah, that happened to AMLT, as well. We have no idea what's going on, or when it will be fixed. We''re hoping soon. People have sent emails to Arachnid, but no one's gotten a response yet.

Now we can enjoy all of mechtras maps, the slow way: From newest to oldest. I'll eventually set up an entire archive to make it easier for everyone, and me wanting to be organized and detailed, it'll take a while once I start. Lately the computer's been occupied, so it wont be ready anytime soon

Here's a recent map by Mechtra:
Nmaps.net
Now you just have to use the "other maps by this author" section to go back through them all.

Also, just thought I'd point out that this is another case (an unconvincing one, of course) for why "other maps by this author" should have 3 older and 3 newer maps. If you think that's a good idea, please stop by Uservoice and say so: link

I already have a link on his newest map on my previous comment, I just have to organize them all the way you just mentioned, just that I have all this post-secondary stuff to deal with and I'm leaving for the long weekend to my uncles, I'll get on it asap

If you had the time, you could do this with other authors who suffer from the same problem, for example AMLT and Barabajagal. Mind you, doing it for AMLT would be a massive undertaking...

@mechtra
I added, thanks for the links

@cheesemonger/seneschal
I thought of doing that as well, but comparing how long 240 maps took me, amlt would be a challenge, and by the time I finish, my bad luck would appear and arachnid fixed the problem lol. I'll do barabajagal soon, he only has 61 so far.

I thought of doing that as well, but comparing how long 240 maps took me, amlt would be a challenge, and by the time I finish, my bad luck would appear and arachnid fixed the problem lol. I'll do barabajagal soon, he only has 61 so far.
Could you just give the link to the first map of the year that they submitted (first map of 2009 submitted, first map of 2008 submitted, etc.) instead of giving every link?
That would go much smoother than linking EVERY MAP, and you could link maps for more authors who are suffering from the same problem as Mechtradevil and AMLT. You could turn this thread into something more useful than just a fanpage for Mechtradevil.

That is what I said to cheesemonger/seneschal, as you quoted. I thought of shortening it after I got at about 150-200 ish because it's just a flood of maps without any images as I said earlier, I'll see what I can do. I tried more 'spoiler codes' but you can't change the font or size of the text of the spoiler. I wanted to do that so if one has many spoilers open, they'd be able to distinguish one from another.

I still do not know the final outcome of it all, I'll most likely have all of barabajagal's maps up but when I begin on amlt, sooner or later, I'll have to change it up a bit, because that spoiler would be far too long to scroll through.
