I just got one of those over quota messages again from google after trying to access NUMA. I haven't had one in a long time. Why are they reappearing? (Yes, I know why they appear. I just thought it wasn't an issue anymore.)

Back in July(?) Arachnid said we had 1 million pageviews a month, and seeing as how it's the 30th, we probably hit that limit. sad, because I had stuff to do today.

Good news! It's a new month now. There should be no more problems.

1 million should really be enough for our community! Our number of page view, I assume, will start getting larger and larger, we may need to get more in our quota before long. If we start to see two or three days with the over quota.... then maybe. However, 1 day is nothing to be whining about

Actually, this was posted on UserVoice. It's an unfixable, recurring error, and was rejected. I don't think NUMA was really ever over quota.

I highly doubt we hit 1 million views a month. I don't even think SomethingAwful gets that much traffic.

I can see it getting a million page views in a month. I would say I give at least 500 pageviews a day, I'm sure there a quite a few just like me.

The forum here gets a million hits in two and a half weeks, although that number is *slightly* misleading. Any time you load a page, you're calling a php file, a template file, a stylesheet, and usually one or two other files. So each page view generates about five hits. In a month, the forum gets about 500,000 *pageviews* but about 1.8 million *hits*.
Either way, Numa is popular enough that it could be generating that many hits, or maybe even pageviews, before the end of the month.
