I'm starting to like the old NUMA better...

Talk about the Nmaps.net website.

i'm with notkitt. the features are fine, but i don't like the skin. too complex. i liked the older, simpler style a lot more. i'm talking just about the simplicity of the skin, not about the users or the features. the skin. the skin was better then.

YES!

numa needs a make-over (again). although I do like the "you have 1 map with unread comments".

I reeeally liked the bitesize thingy. it showed all the good maps, now you only have 2 crappy ways to get that:

-1 look through all the 100 maps a day to find your 5 maps who you like.

-2 look through the featured maps which doesn't have that much maps.

The bitesized maps showed the maps who were worth the time.

No it doesn't. NUMA is fine. The skin looks better than the old one, the featured system is better than the bitesized system (and in addition to the featured maps, bitesized maps are still there, so there is no shortage of maps to look through), it is far more manageble (from a mods point of view), and aside from a few bugs - which no doubt 'nid will get round to fixing when he can - everything is going very well. You need to stop whining about what you lost and embrace whats here and now.

And no the old skin didn't look better than the old skin. What is wrong with you people?

The only thing I miss is bitesizing. Overall the new features improved the site a great deal.

yeah yeah, but does supernewma reflect the past and all that has been accomplished in it?

The old old numa, the dark blue one, I remember that. When I first clicked the link to numa on the configure menu in N, the website opened up and my fisrt reaction was: "this is dumb".

the conversion to light grey was so phenominal, it was euphamistic (basically it hid all of the dealings, as epigone described, that existed).

this new update is certainly...edgy. a bit too flashy for me

Haha, I'd forgotten all about the blue NUMA. Dang that was a long time ago.
