Now this is a simple idea/rule, I don't know how it can be implemented but I think it will work.
Have a map limit per 2 hours, so that a load of newbs can't spam the page (I know this has happened to alot of you).
I'll be viewing both sides of the argument, so good is in green and bad is in red.
More comments for your maps, I love comments.
Will help newbs get attention on their maps, instead of submitting them all at once and getting sniped.
May encourage people to multi-account.
May annoy regular submitters
