Because if I change the URL to be something like
http://nmaps.net/browse?q=rated&start=900&count=40
Then it comes up with the message
No Maps Found.
Sorry, no maps matched your search criteria.

The results provided above may not be comprehensive. Try making your search more specific.
But I don't want my search to be specific...
I found that NUMA won't accept a count of more than 50 per page for me
This arose because I was trying to find a map I remembered, I thought it was by kkstrong, and searching through 700 odd maps 40 at a time doesn't work so well...

Anyway, it's possible, but you have to browse through the listing page by page. It depends on how badly you want to find that map, I guess. Besides that, all I can recommend is that you vote for this issue on its uservoice page.

As for the truncated results, I agree with Avarin.

I think the move was cost-friendly. I believe Arachnid was the main contributor of the site and now that NUMA is on the Google appengine I don't think he has to pay for it at all, or at least not as much if he does have to pay anything.Jiggerjaw wrote:I just have no idea how to navigate the damn thing. Maybe I would like it if it was 1/24 as user-friendly as the original Numa. I still don't see why we made the switch...for a little splash of color? We could've added that without compromising the entire functionality of the website, methinks.

QFE. Taking out the sort capability was a horrible move.George wrote:The lack of NUMA hacking functions really inconveniences my browsing of NUMA. The limited search tools really makes finding specific maps a difficult job.

It took me a good 10 minutes to find it still. It was a bit easier for me to find it, since i knew that it was my map, however.romaniac wrote:Thanks, but I found the map, kkstrong told me he made it and gave me a linkRiobe wrote:I have too much patience, so I could look for the map for you if you'd like, and link to it if you'd tell me the title...

It didn't show half his maps for some reason.
Great idea to make a topice for this though. :)
