I think this map is possible. It seems the ends of each launch pad will affect you if you move too slow or if you try to go through too many of them (play the map). It's possible to dodge the launch pads if you're going fast enough.

I dunno, it seems to kinda randomly spit you out. I deleted a few launchpads and was able to go back and forth much more easily, but every once in a while I still fell through. Weird, and maybe worth looking into.
