Lots of enemies=Slower enemy reaction time?

Well ok, i was making a race, it was pretty good (involved lots of rockets). So i put a rocket down, make some more tileset and put another rocket down. Then while playtesting i realised that usually the more enemies (thwumps, mines dont count, dont know about blue drones) i put down the slower the rockets would respond. e.g 1 rocket on map-N enters rocket's line of sight and gets attacked almost straight away. 10 rockets on map-N enters rocket's line of sight, does NOT get attacked and leaves the line of sight.

Can anyone help? Only a portion of the rockets on my map are attacking, i dont want to throw a good map away because of this.

Mare and Raigan made the game so that one enemy fires every frame.

If your rockets are misfiring, delete them and replace them.
