Numa is down due to a lowering in GAE's service quota, which can be contributed to a) lack of "hits" or b) a reduction in the quota capacity (which can only be changed by arachnid) so arachnid is the only person who can fix this. The site's quota resets at 2am EST and usually reaches capacity at 9am or so, all depending on the usage. I see no sign of him giving this issue any attention so this may possibly be the end of numa. I say narc goes fill speed ahead or someone takes over numa, our even someone bugging the piss out of arachnid.

still it's not that unless people are using it literally nonstop -- and it doesn't work yet anyway
