Take a look at that map data, then make it better. Just make sure you don't completely alter the map. Go for minor edits. Less is more.

made a few alterings to the tiles in the beginning.
Edit: Just found out it's a teleporter, thanks seven_two XD made the edits to the map.



Oh and also is it ok if I make the tiles next time? I have a REALLY good tileset i've been DIEING to use but can't find any good ways to use it.

You're missing the point. The teleport leads to the exit switch.

You can't reserve a spot to be the next map starter. When the current map is completed and submitted to NUMA, anyone can start up the next map. If you post a new set of map data first, then it's your map.
