Image Map auto-generator

Does anybody remember the program with which you could auto-generate tiles by using an image submitted into the program?

My Accomplishments
My highscoring/speedrunning name is "1211".
I have one former highscore 0th* (114-0) and one current speedrun 0th* (23-1).
I have 25 "legit" highscore Top-20s, but according to NReality, I have 124.
I have 41 highscore Episode Top-20s. Again, according to NReality.
I have 289 speedrun Top-20s and I'm 23rd on the boards.
I have 167 speedrun Episode Top-20s and I'm 4th on the boards.

It's not there but I rewrote one in c++ a while ago.... never finished it though. It opens and parses the bitmap to a pixel array, but I never fixed the padding so it fucks up. I can search for it on my external drive and upload it later.

Found an older version on my hd... This one doesn't do tiles it does it with objects. If I give you it can I trust you not to spread it? I don't want a flood of image maps :P

I personally won't but yea I was hoping for the tiles. I wanted to get some tiles of something I drew. But that does sound hella cool Rhekatou
