1) Post the data of your level here with some information of what you want (the level CAN'T be on numa yet !).
2) Another user make background/foreground/icons for your level.
3) You upload your level with its new design on numa and don't forget to quote the name of the user who has made the images for your level ;)
If you can/want to make pictures for other people post a message here with a link to an image-map than you've already made.
If nobody want to make an image for your level don't insist and pleaze don't post a lot of level here...
