Sorry for being an idiot, but I've heard loads of people talking about Underclock mode.
All I want to know is
- What is it,
-What does it do,
-How do you unlock it.

No such thing.

But if you go to configure and at the top it says Highscores, Speedrun and Underclock but I cant select Underclock.

There's a feature that has a similar name, but it's a reward for beating the game. You should beat the game if you want to find out what it is.

Ok, I only have the 80's and 190's 'till I beat the game anyway, so it should'nt be too long.

I believe underclock is a mode created by Unreality in his mod, Tsukatu. I don't know much else about it, but it's something.

I'm going to not pay attention to the main point of this thread and say it's impossible to underclock a computer, especially if it runs Vista.
