If i were a Numa Admin i would change some things regarding the feature system for, what i believe to be, the better.

I'd want to be a moderator or admin so that I can abuse my power.

If you're serious, the best way of becoming an admin is to share your big ideas and let other people implement them. You get noticed if you have really great things to contribute. Having the ability to execute them won't change anything if you don't have any good ideas to begin with.
