Urgent request

[Why Me]

I would like this request to be fulfilled in the next 2 hours, if possible:
I need an image with this style (and especially keep the plug at the end of the wire)


But in the letters 'FS' or 'FSR'

I have tried this but both ways that I have tried have been disasters.
