A manga character-related request!

Hey guys, I've been asking people I know if they'd be able to help with this, but I've so far had no luck.
What I'm looking for is a picture of a cute female manga character (example) to be shown just above the top-right of the 'Welcome!' box on my site: http://outrank.me/ (see below).
Width: 250-300px
Height: 110-130px
Ideally I'm looking for the character to look as though she's peeking over the top of the welcome box, or leaning on it with her arms folded - but I'm not overly fussed about it.
I would be very happy if anyone could help. I can't really offer anything in return though - other than (if you want it) your name shown when a user puts their cursor over the image.
