So, I just downloaded a bunch of fonts, but I don't know how to get them onto photoshop! Is there a special file i need to put them in? Help!!

If this helps, I use Photoshop Elements 6.0

Once you have your font files (should be something like .ttf, .otf, or the like), go to the control panel. There should be a fonts section, just drag the font files into the font folder.

On Vista/7, right click the font file and click "Install Font."

Yeah man, no problem. Once installed, they should appear in PS right away.

If not, try restarting Photoshop. Sometimes they'll show up if you have PS running when you install the fonts, but other times it's finicky.

... I second what's been said already. Enjoy custom fonts; they're fun (and faux-language fonts are great for presentations where everyone else goes "I can't read that! Wait...").

Unrelated note, your signature is both very long and has an out-of-date link. May I recommend the spoiler tag, or at least changing TheRealN.com to NRY.
Or, at the very least, removing the unnecessary line breaks between those quotes.
