You can't; the best way to do it is to put it on an online image hosting website, such as ImageShack.

The Print Screen key is located to the right of the F12 key. Press that at the moment you want to capture.

Open up Paint or whatever other image creation/editing program you may own and press Ctrl+V (or right-click > Paste)

Save it as a .png or .jpg.

Upload it to the forums via the handy attachment tool.

1. To the right of my F12 is the power button. The O with a I sticking out of the top. So I don't think it's that one.
2. So a screenshot is like a 'copy' button in that it can be pasted instantly?

Yes, it copies it to the clipboard. On my laptop, the button says:
PrtSc
Sys Req
One above the other. It's usually near the top right corner to the left a few keys.
