The (Almost) official Metanet Spritesheet

I take NO credit for any drones other than those beneath my name.

Alot of this sheet is Animator Subterfuge's. Pretty Much the rest is Ignate's. Ignate compiled it into the snazzy bordered spritesheet it is, I just do minor edits.

Lots of time went in to this. I hope it helps.
N Spritesheet V 1.6
*NEW*
Fixed Color Issues
Added some poses
Added some blasts

I left lots of room for Your creations. have fun!

Here they are. too many drones to count:

This is very good.
(almost) perfect, even.

Good work. Nice compilation ;)

Oh, I just realised though, you missed the open door.

Missed it? I know some of this is out-dated. I.E. the thwump is from v1.2 but, what open door? Most doors in 1.2 only open to that extent. That's why I made room for more. I'd gladly do it for you, though.

Pretty sweet. I may have to take that empty space you left and do some stuff with it... you don't mind, do you? I'm assuming you got proper permission from Ignate...

Proper permission? Credit goes to whoever's name is on the section. and, yes, I left space for YOUR creations.

Enjoy

Oh, I failed to notice Ignate's name on the sheet. Smart...
And, excellent.

When you open a door fully, it is visible on screen as two dots, where the very edge of the door was.

It's easiest to see with a locked door.

Yes, but that's in V1.4

In v1.2, the doors look half open.

...why are you using 1.2 sprites? Isn't that kind of like using Photoshop 3 to compile the thing?

... Yeah, this is not MY spritesheet. It's a compilation. YOU Get to make Sprites. Here's how. When what you want is on the screen (I.E. a door is open) press the prt scrn button. then go into paint and Ctrl V. The pick it out, and copy it to your spritesheet. I can't do this because of my computer(s), but most can.

That doesn't change you're lacking a modern open door. I refuse to use your shoddy product.

Oh, then let me rephrase the question.

"Where the hell did you get an image of N v1.2 sprites when there are more v1.4 available?"

(by the way, since I have a Mac, all I really have to do is Cmd+Shift+4 and select the open door on the screen)

"Where the hell did you get an image of N v1.2 sprites when there are more v1.4 available?"
The answer to that is that he used Ignate's old spritesheet and merged it with my Drones At Random image to create an incredibly huge spritesheet. Ignate's spritesheet dates back to N v1.2, ergo the style of graphics goes along with it.

Honestly, I think we're due for a new spritesheet, I would do it, but I'm too busy at the moment.

The gig man himself spoke. we are due for a newer spritesheet.

I'm going for it. I'll provide... hmm...
standard drone and object sprites taken from Ignate's sheet (with a bit of expansion), poses taken from the same, as well as a few of my own, animator's subterfuge's stuff (of course), and some of my own stuff, such as a few drones you may see in upcoming comics.[/mystery]

Sorry for raining on your parade here, but...

Now with new door images and enemy poses.

EDIT: Edited the colours of some custom sprites so that they won't hurt your eyes so much.

Nice work with the laser drones. I'm tempted to just do something in the vein of what Malde37 did...

You realize someone's going to have to read your post to figure out that we need volunteers...so concluding that nobody's going to volunteer in the same post kind of...dooms you to failure.

UPDATE!!

by Ignate
Despite Wight/incluye's valid point, I can brush up the spritesheet, just tell me what it is you want updated and added, and I'll find the time to do it.
However, I don't think I will add all of Animator's sprites. I probably will put all N-related stuff in one section. Then I'll leave a space at the bottom for all the custom drones and things, so Malde37 can have all of Animafuge/Subtermator's drones in one place.

haha, funny subtermator.

Anyway, um, do whatever you want. The walk sequence was taken directly from the metanet site

Here it is. The Improved N Spritesheet, V3. Included as an attachment because it's so freakin' huge.
New features include:
-A huge rearrangement. Hopefully, it's organised enough for people to use without too much trouble.
-Nearly all of Subterfuge's drones are now located at the bottom (except for two big ones that couldn't really fit).
-New (well, obscure is more accurate) drones taken from Subterfuge's old drone contest. I just hope he doesn't mind me putting them here.
-"Fine print", a few lines of little text giving some information on certain things.

Enjoy!

EDIT: wait-- shouldn't floorguards be in the 'Enemies' spot?

That... is... epic.
I love that big laser cannon drone thing. I've taken some inspiration fron that, actually, for a character that I will feature in a comic, whether my current one or a new one.
